Tonja Henderson was raised in Virginia and has now lived in northern Utah for 24 years with her amazing husband, Jason, and their six children. A BYU graduate, real estate investor, leadership trainer, and entrepreneur, Tonja has built and led several businesses.
Drawing from years of real-world experience, she has reached millions through stages around the world and the widely recognized YouTube platform Absolute Motivation.
Behind her success is a powerful personal story of resilience. Tonja has navigated hard things, unexpected things, and a few things no one would ever put on their vision board. After enduring childhood trauma, Tonja carried limiting beliefs that quietly shaped her confidence, relationships, and decisions. Rebuilding her life from the inside out led to a defining realization: identity ultimately has more power than circumstances.
Today, Tonja’s work lives at the intersection of the inner game and outer results—helping audiences challenge limiting beliefs, take ownership of their choices, and lead with greater impact.
